The Case Study was completed by the end of June 2022. However, there was a dialogue regarding the timing of publishing the Case Study because of the recent developments in the political climate in SL.

This led to a deeper discussion regarding similar situations being faced by other countries in the Asia Pacific region.

As a result, CAPA kept a little from posting the publication until the SL economic crisis settled.

After a soft launch in October 2022, CAPA promoted the case study properly in November at the WCOA.
